Doctors & Management Staff

Kevin B. Caylor, DVM
Dr. Caylor received his Bachelor of Science in Biology with high honors from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in 1984, and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 1988. He is board-certified in Canine and Feline Practice by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners. Other post-graduate achievements include a Slocum-license to perform the Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy surgery for repair of the ruptured canine cruciate ligament, certification by the University of Pennsylvania in the PennHIP method of canine hip evaluation and author of multiple professional publications in veterinary journals. Dr. Caylor joined All Pets Veterinary Hospital as an associate in 1990 and is currently a Managing Partner.
Lisanne M. Evans, DVM
Dr. Evans received her Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Colorado State University of 1983 and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 1988. She is board-certified by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners in Feline Practice, with special interest in feline medicine and surgery. Other postgraduate achievements include author of multiple professional publications in veterinary journals, advisor for the American Association of Feline Practitioners in developing feline zoonoses guidelines and evaluating research grant proposals. Dr. Evans joined All Pets Veterinary Hospital as an associate in 1991 and is currently a Managing Partner.

Dr. Linda S. Miyashiro, DVM
Dr. Linda Miyashiro received her Bachelor of Science, in Biology from the University of California, in San Diego in 1993.  She attended veterinary school at Ross University, then completed her clinical year at Washington State University and received her diploma as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1998.

Dr. Miyashiro practiced clinical medicine in New York for several years before deciding she missed sunny Southern California, where she now lives with her husband and two dogs, Quasia and Phoebe.  In her leisure time she enjoys jogging and riding bikes along the beach.

Dr. Erin S. Lane, DVM
Dr. Erin Lane earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the College of St. Benedict in Minnesota and then headed south to attend veterinary school at Texas A&M University.  She received her DVM in 1997, with an emphasis in mixed animal practice.

Her years of practice have included working with large animals in Oregon and the Central Valley and small and exotic animals in Sonoma County.  She was awarded a fellowship at the University of California, Davis in 2003, to study small animal clinical nutrition and considers that her area of special interest.

Dr. Lane is an avid equestrian and has competed in eventing and dressage.  She has lived all over the world growing up on naval bases and loves to travel overseas.  She shares her home with two goofy dogs, a whiney cat and a wonderful husband.

Dr. Andres, DVM
Dr. Andres earned his Associate of Arts Degree in General Science with Honors from Santa Monica Community College and his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Zoology from the University of California, Santa Barbara before attending Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in St. Kitts. He then completed his clinical year at Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine and received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine diploma in 1999.

Dr. Andres practiced small animal medicine in Ohio for several years before returning to Southern California in 2003, where he now lives with his wife, daughter, and a 13 year-old Kittitian cat named Travis. Dr. Andres fills his leisure time with nature walks, trips to the Santa Monica Mountains, home repairs, and competitive games on XBOX Live!
Jessica Spellacy, Hospital Director
Jessica joined the All Pets Veterinary Hospital team as Hospital Director in the summer of 2007. Her extensive practical experience in several veterinary hospitals over the last 16 years, 11 of which have been exclusive to management have brought fresh, solid, and proven skills to our veterinary team. Among many varied responsibilities, Jessica’s primary function is to resolve human resource, client service, staffing and operations issues within the hospital.

Her interests in veterinary medicine go beyond wanting to improve the overall delivery of quality veterinary care, as she shares her passion with the upkeep and care of her Boston Terrier "Sophia", Red Corn Snake "Maizy", her Bullfrog "Frogzilla" and her Box Turtle "Louie". As a native of Southern California, Jessica enjoys camping, riding dirt bikes, boating, and watching great movies with her husband and 3 children. Jessica is committed to improving the overall service and care to clients and their pets, so please don’t hesitate to contact her should you have any questions or concerns regarding your experience at All Pets Veterinary Hospital.
Robert W. Moore, DVM, MS
Dr. Moore founded All Pets Veterinary Hospital in October of 1985. He was born in Dunedin, Fla. and attended the University of Florida for undergraduate work. In 1978, he earned his degree in veterinary medicine from Auburn University where he and his wife Pamela met and married. Studies continued at Colorado State University where a Masters in Science was completed followed by examination and acceptance into the American College of Veterinary Surgeons. The Moore family now resides in Florida; however, Dr. Moore retains his position in the practice as Senior Partner.
