Doctors
Dr. Kevin B. Caylor, DVM
Dr. Caylor received his Bachelor of Science in Biology with high honors from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in 1984, and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 1988. He is board-certified in Canine and Feline Practice by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners.
Other post-graduate achievements include a Slocum-license to perform the Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy surgery for repair of the ruptured canine cruciate ligament and certification by the University of Pennsylvania in the PennHIP method of canine hip evaluation. He is the author of multiple articles published in various veterinary journals. Dr. Caylor joined All Pets Veterinary Hospital as an associate in 1990 and is currently a Managing Partner.
Dr. Caylor enjoys supporting his daughter’s enthusiasm for art, music and gymnastics and his son’s passion for NASCAR and gymnastics. He and his wife also share their home with four cats and two gold fish. When time permits, his family enjoys skiing, travel, and the rare SCUBA diving trip.
Dr. Lisanne M. Evans, DVM
Dr. Evans received her Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Colorado State University in 1983 and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 1988. She is board-certified by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners in Feline Practice, with special interest in feline medicine and surgery.
Dr. Evans is the author of multiple articles in veterinary journals as well as an advisor for the American Association of Feline Practitioners in developing feline zoonoses (diseases that can spread from animals to man) guidelines. Dr. Evans joined All Pets Veterinary Hospital as an associate in 1991 and is currently a Managing Partner.
In her leisure time, Dr. Evans enjoys gardening, skiing, SCUBA diving and most importantly, her daughter and son’s activities. She and her husband presently have four cats - an orange tabby, a black domestic long hair, a Tonkinese and an ornery silver Bengal!
Dr. Christian Andres, DVM
Dr. Andres earned his Associate of Arts Degree in General Science with Honors from Santa Monica Community College and his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Zoology from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1995. He attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in St. Kitts completing his clinical year at Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine receiving his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine diploma in 1999, from Ross University.
Dr. Andres practiced small animal medicine in Ohio for several years before returning to Southern California in 2003, where he now lives with his wife, daughter, new baby son, and a 13 year-old Kittitian cat named Travis. Dr. Andres fills his leisure time with nature walks, trips to the Santa Monica Mountains, home repairs, and competitive games on XBOX Live!
Dr. Arlett Montoya, DVM
Dr. Montoya graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cal Poly Pomona in 1999. During her time at Cal Poly, Dr. Montoya developed an interest in animal science and stayed two additional years to pursue this interest. While working closely with domestic and farm animals, Dr. Montoya realized veterinary medicine was her calling and love in life.
Dr. Montoya received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of California, Davis in 2005. She then completed an internship at Bay Area Veterinary Hospital in San Leandro. The internship program provided one year of intensive training in several specialty areas including Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Surgery, Radiology, Oncology, and Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Montoya practiced medicine in a small animal clinic in Northern California for four years prior to returning home to Southern California, where she now lives with her loving dog Sugar, and her fabulous feline Simba. In her spare time, Dr. Montoya enjoys exercising, spending time with her sisters, being at the beach, and reading.
Dr. Billy Richardson, DVM
Dr. Richardson completed his pre-veterinary studies at the University of Kentucky in 2001 and received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University graduating Magna cum Laude in 2005. In addition, he was selected to Phi Zeta, The Honor Society of Veterinary Medicine in 2005.
Dr. Richardson grew up on a small horse farm in Kentucky where he developed his passion of becoming a veterinarian. Following graduation from Auburn, he practiced in Tallahassee, FL for three years and Charlotte, NC for one year before moving to Southern California in May 2009 with his wife, Nikki, and their thirteen year old Jack Russell terrier “Jack.” Dr. Richardson’s veterinary interests include educating clients first and foremost, soft tissue surgery, dermatology, behavior, and abdominal ultrasonography.
In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, being outdoors, playing any sport, and watching Kentucky basketball.
Hospital Director
Jessica Spellacy, Hospital Director
Jessica joined the All Pets Veterinary Hospital team as Hospital Director in the summer of 2007. Her extensive practical experience in several veterinary hospitals over the last sixteen years, eleven of which have been exclusive to management, have brought fresh, solid, and proven skills to our veterinary team. Among many varied responsibilities, Jessica’s primary function is to resolve human resource, client service, staffing and operations issues within the hospital. Jessica recently received her certification in Veterinary Practice Administration through the VMI program at Purdue University.
Her interests in veterinary medicine go beyond wanting to improve the overall delivery of quality veterinary care. She shares her passion with the upkeep and care of her Boston Terrier "Sophia", Red Corn Snake "Maizy" and her Box Turtle "Louie". As a native of Southern California, Jessica enjoys camping, riding dirt bikes, boating, and watching great movies with her husband and three children.

Teri Hildebrand, Medical Operations and Compliance Supervisor
Teri has been an important part of the All Pets Team since June of 1987. She has 29 years of practical experience in the animal hospital setting, which has provided her a wealth of experience and knowledge, and on occasion called for her to hand raise more than a few puppies and kittens. In her position as Medical Operations and Compliance Supervisor Teri has a multitude of responsibilities one of which is overseeing the technical staff.
In her spare time Teri enjoys spending time with her family which consists of her husband, 2 sons, her 8 year old Miniature Pinscher "Sokka", and her 2 cats "Toni" & "Smokie". Teri and her family like to spend their free time riding motorcycles in the desert and playing in the water at various lakes. Teri has a strong commitment to animal health and client education. Maribel Medina, Client Services Representative
Maribel has been part of the All Pets team since March 2007. Maribel has over 10 years experience in client service. In her current role as Client Service Team Supervisor Maribel is the person to go to with any front desk or client service related feedback or concern.
Also a native of California Maribel loves taking walks on sunny days with her husband, daughter, and American Pit Bull 'Dexter". She also enjoys relaxing after a busy day at All Pets with her lovable fur-ball of a cat "Sawyer".
