Dr. Kevin B. Caylor, DVM
Dr. Caylor received his Bachelor of Science in Biology with high honors from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in 1984, and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 1988. He is board-certified in Canine and Feline Practice by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners.
Other post-graduate achievements include a Slocum-license to perform the Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy surgery for repair of the ruptured canine cruciate ligament and certification by the University of Pennsylvania in the PennHIP method of canine hip evaluation. He is the author of multiple articles published in various veterinary journals. Dr. Caylor joined All Pets Veterinary Hospital as an associate in 1990 and is currently an Owner.
Dr. Caylor enjoys supporting his daughter’s enthusiasm for art, music and gymnastics and his son’s passion for NASCAR and gymnastics. He and his wife also share their home with a dog, four cats and gold fish. When time permits, his family enjoys skiing, travel, and the rare SCUBA diving trip.
Dr. Lisanne M. Evans, DVM
Dr. Evans received her Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Colorado State University in 1983 and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 1988. She is board-certified by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners in Feline Practice. In addition, Dr. Evans is practicing alternative or integrative medicine and is a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist through the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society.
Dr. Evans is the author of multiple articles in veterinary journals as well as an advisor for the American Association of Feline Practitioners in developing feline zoonoses (diseases that can spread from animals to man) guidelines. Dr. Evans joined All Pets Veterinary Hospital as an associate in 1991 and is currently an Owner.
In her leisure time, Dr. Evans enjoys gardening, skiing, SCUBA diving and most importantly, her daughter and son’s activities. She and her husband presently have goldfish, one dog - a black Standard Poodle, four cats - an orange tabby, a black domestic long hair, a Tonkinese and an ornery silver Bengal!
Dr. Tiffany Meyers, D.V.M.
Dr. Tiffany Meyers, D.V.M. is a Phoenix, Arizona native and grew up in Kentucky. She attended Western Kentucky University where she got her bachelor’s degree in biochemistry in 2005. After achieving her doctorate of veterinary medicine from Auburn University in 2011, she moved to California and began relief work for several hospitals in the south bay area; this is when she began practicing at All Pets. After working off and on as a relief doctor for All Pets for 5 years, she decided that she loved it so much she wanted to stay on as a permanent practice associate.
Dr. Meyers is the ambassador and one of the coordinators for the DVM2K, which is a group of veterinarians who graduated from 2000 on, who get together every month for lectures and socializing. She is also a member of the Southern California Veterinary Medical Association (SCVMA), and regularly attends their meetings and lectures so she can continually learn the most up-to-date medical information available and apply that knowledge to her patients at All Pets and elsewhere.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Meyers owns a dog behavior consultation service, as well as a live trivia entertainment company. In her limited free time, Dr. Meyers enjoys spending time at the beach, going to Paso Robles for wine tastings, or simply relaxing at home with her greyhound, Roxie, and her cat, Moulder.
Dr. Soyun (Amber) Lee, DVM
Dr. Lee is a Southern California native and has a strong love for nature and animals. She dedicates her career as a veterinarian to her childhood dog Lucky, a gentle Golden Retriever, who passed away at the age of 14.
Dr. Lee received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA in 2001. She was an artist and educator before deciding to pursue her dream of helping animals and fostering the human-animal bond. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from UC Davis in 2014. She has received numerous awards and scholarships in areas of Dermatology and Medicine and has a special interest in soft tissue surgery.
Dr. Lee has a young daughter who also shares a love for art, nature and animals. In her spare time, Dr. Lee enjoys playing tennis competitively, hiking, scuba diving and listening to music. She has a toy poodle named Loi and nine neon tetra fish.
Dr. Lee is a member of the California Veterinary Medical Association and American Veterinary Medical Association.
Samantha Sanchez, Practice Manager
Samantha graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a B.A. in English Literature. Although she has a degree in English, her real passion has always been with animals. After beginning as a volunteer, she remained in the pet industry for over 10 years. She has worked in Veterinary Hospitals, Boarding Facilities and with Rescue Organizations. Her favorite part of working with animals has been learning animal behavior. Clients have always made mention of her ability to handle pets that weigh more than she does. She believes her ability to handle all different kind of pets has come with her familiarity and interest in pet behavior.
Samantha has 2 dogs; Maya a Whippet mix and Latte a Miniature Pinscher. The “Min Pin” is her favorite breed because of their tenacious, spunky, and slightly naughty personalities. She jokes that after working in the pet industry for as long as she has; she would know to prefer a less difficult breed. She enjoys listening to music, wine tasting, and spending time with her pets.
Teri Hildebrand, Medical Operations and Compliance Supervisor
Teri has been an important part of the All Pets Team since June of 1987. She has 29 years of practical experience in the animal hospital setting, which has provided her a wealth of experience and knowledge, and on occasion called for her to hand raise more than a few puppies and kittens. In her position as Medical Operations and Compliance Supervisor Teri has a multitude of responsibilities one of which is overseeing the technical staff.
In her spare time Teri enjoys spending time with her family which consists of her husband, 2 sons, her 8 year old Miniature Pinscher Sokka, and her 2 cats Toni & Smokie. Teri and her family like to spend their free time riding motorcycles in the desert and playing in the water at various lakes. Teri has a strong commitment to animal health and client education.
